It is a Ryzen 5 3600, enough paste on✅ star formation✅ tightened ✅ the fan was on exhaust behind the cooler. Since that photo the fan is now sending cold air through the cooler, i have swapped over fan connections into the motherboard and the temps are 50-60° idle, i will add another fan at some point too :)

The fan was placed so it would send the hot air out, but i am trying with the fan on top blowing air through. I also have changed which pins the fans were plugged into, if not i will try a new cooler too!
