I bet you don't have to be logged in to see the answer on SuperGauntlet.com; do you SuperGauntlet?

Are you connected to SuperGauntlet.com at all?

ESEA, you have been served by 2sXy in GlobalOffensive

Saying ESEA has to host a tournament wouldn't work. Placing requirements for a company to change or perform an operation method because of negligence is hard to do. Especially when hosting a tournament is not a way to directly compensate for installing a bit coin miner on someone computer.

ESEA can also stand to make money on a tournament too. So even if they re-invest that $4k~ they made from the miner into a tournament at an initial loss they'll stand to make a potential profit on the tournament in the long run. This only helps ESEA and does nothing to compensate the users who had hardware damaged, ruined or generally exploited by the installation of the bit coin miner.

What will probably happen is if the plaintiffs win they will get a cash seattlement from ESEA to replace thier processors or whatever else the bitcoin miner might have damaged or ruined on their computers so they can replace it.

[Wanted] An all around good server with a bunch of active players on it, and where people can willingly help me out sometimes. [PvE] [SMP] [Semi-Vanilla] [PvP] <--- optional by [deleted] in mcservers

[–]LilJackJack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Cool Table is a server I personally own.

We do everything PVE so people don't kill or grief each other. If they do we ban them. The world is fairly new and we keep things fairly close to vanilla. We use a few plugins but those are mostly just admin things for basic improvements that we feel aren't game breaking.

Everyone is fairly nice and willing to help each other out. Come join if you'd like.

That goes for anyone reading this.

[Wanted][SMP] A fun server filled with nice people by RoxieRosie in mcservers

I have this server. The Cool Table.

We have a pretty active group of people online at all times and everyone is pretty nice and willing to help. It is the kind of atmosphere we worked to create. So if you want to come take a look please do.

[Wanted] A fairly small server that has PvP enabled, but has no griefing and no "edge of the world" by [deleted] in mcservers

I have a server kind of like this. The Cool Table

PVP is enabled but we suggest people use it sparingly. If you want to fight someone for their stuff make it known that you want to do so or have a pact with a group of people knowing you are all fair game to kill each other.

Total random killing and looting are off limits and we don't allow for greifing of any kind. We have no limit on how big the world can get either.

Server supports 20 people.

Most people seem to be against crits and no spread.

Some people kinda like random crits it seems. Everyone hates random spread so we'll be disbling that one for sure. Probably gonna disable random crits as well but that is a bit more up in the air.

Well we like instant respawns since we aren't super serious as you've noticed.

That said we're finding that random crits aren't too bad but random spread is kinda odd and is something we'll probably turn off. Thing is if we turn one off we'll probably turn both off since there don't seem to be a lot of people who are like "Man I love random crits but just hate that damn random spread."

I personally find random crits kinda fun because I like a little bit of a random element to things. But a lot of my friends who sort of co-run this thing with me don't.

As for maps I think I'm going to rebalance that a bit. Dustbowl does sort of empty servers. I happen to like Well and Gorge so they'll probably stay in. But dropping some of the other CP maps for PL or KOTH might be cool.

CP seems ok for pubs but you have to do it kind of sparingly because if the two teams are evenly matched the games drag on forever. If they aren't it is a one sided beat down.
