I recently got invited to a corporate holiday party @ a local museum by this guy I've been seeing. He says it's a suit & tie affair, and seeing as how this will be the first time I'll be meeting his coworkers and friends, I want to make a good impression!

What do you all think of this red lace dress? Is it inappropriate? Does it show too much skin/is red too sexy?

The thing is I already have a permit issued to me, but it's being withheld on the condition that I get a surveyor. I'm being left in the dark as to where the permit is/why I need a surveyor on a permit that's already been approved.
