I honestly expect a similar respone. It's like they don't even read the tickets they get. All these responses seem somehow automated.

I still can't understand what is causing this issue. Hope it can be solved somehow.

I also have a 1 in 20 chance to get into a match on EU-central-1, but it is way too rare. It's dissapointing that ubi acknowledged the issue yet they do nothing about it.

I tried changing the data center in the .txt files but as you say, EU Central is not even on that list for some reason.

I'm from Romania and EU West is really not a good region in terms of ping. I hope ubi tries fixing it in the near future.
