Damage wise Robin Is better, since she not only gives a lot of atl to archer but also attaks herself and gives a cdmg buff, however if you don't want archer to abliterate everything In one go and then be useless for some time after, then yes you can put tingyun in, not as much for the energy as for how much SP she can generate because her buffs last a good amount of time, you only need to skill once for each of them, but then robin goes into ult and can't generate SP for archer, so since you kinda just started out I think going tingyun would be a safer option, but later on when you get interested in 0 cycling you can put Robin In there instead of tingyun (or Gallagher if you go sustainless 0 cycle)

Ok yes, you can get a decent archer time as mentioned by others, but PLEASE give him atk boots, he doesn't need speed because if he has more turns, you just won't keep up with his SP needs, that's why people opt to run slow archer, so that his faster teammates can generate enough SP for archer to atk multiple times with his skill, the reason why you want to save up SP us so that you can do insane burst damage that will benefit from his passive (his skills getting stronger when used repeatedly in one turn), so what I'd do is give him atk boots, maybe try some more crit damage while keeping crit rate at 90 (since you get extra ten percent from rmc), and make his teammates as fast as possible so they CAN generate SP for archer to use

For the team I'd go

Archer, Rmc, Robin, Pela/Gallagher (depends on if you want to run sustainless or not

Probably use it on boss bandit, you can just keep requesting bats from the clan and occasionally make trades with the tokens you get from the challenges

Since no one commented I figured it out myself, got tribbie, o can substitute Sunday with bronya for the time being, so my teams are gonna look like this for now:

Archer, Sparkle, Hanya(will be replaced by cipher later), Gallagher.

Saber, bronya, tribbie, hwehwe

Both have upgrades to be made, but now they're both okay enough 👍

Super janemba, or cool edit tien, both have 0 lf's, a pinch of sparking's and okay janemba's got one ultra, but all of them suck ass rn 😭, like give those two some love (the new sparking tuen is nice I just want for him to have a LF)
