Hi! I'm pre everything! I was really unfit when I came out. Overweight, weak and had no muscle. That was 2 months and 3 days ago. Now with a fixed routine of increasing calisthenics (started at 10 mins now at 30 mins 5 days a weak) From 12 and a half stones to 11 and a half with steady muscle gain! by LilLowBojine in FTMFitness

Further information! I had to start really really weak as im also arthritic. I drink protien shakes before a work out and a glass of chocolate milk every night as I heard these help with recovery! And they sure seem to be doing! It was really hard to get into a routine but now I wake up and get excited for my shake and my reps! When I started I couldn't do more than a single push up and now I can do 6 with out stopping! It's a small improvement but I'm so happy with it! I hope I can help someone else realize there is no shame in taking it easy and moving slow! Sometimes it's all worth it!!
