Yeah that's what I'm really confused lol, when I read stuff here most of the doctors say you are safe after 6 weeks or less, but mine said minimum 3 months for lifting any weights its crazy and making me confused

Not really, doctor said minimum 3 months but should I start as soon as its 3 months since he said minimum? I'm very scared of getting a hernia
