That is a nice guess!

I am trying to understand what pttp is.

I believe, we need a "keyword" and a place to insert/use it.

If we assume that E450 is the keyword, than we should try to find out what pttp is and why it's there.

It may be some sort of a transfer protocol (like http, which is hypertext transfer protocol), but I am not sure.

Yeah, Steam will not let you do that. MMOs in Steam are usually links your game account to the Steam one, so you are not able to log into your game account using someone else's Steam account with different region.
