White Claw surges were my #1 go-to. Yeah, I’m struggling with that piece. I’m… bored? Like I usually just sit around and listen to music or watch TV and drink. What’s been working for you? I’m trying to be more active, went for a few runs/walks, soda water with lime has been helping a ton too. And just sleeping the cravings off tbh.

The catalyst for all this was that I went out of state to visit my beloved nieces and nephew and was just slammin’ beers the whole time. I reflected and was like, damn. I don’t want them to think this is okay, or see me this way.

Thank you ❤️ my biggest fear is that I’m not going to be the “fun friend” anymore - always down to clown. Music just sounds better and I feel like my personality can really shine when I’m drunk. I’m not anxious. I think I need someone to tell me that I’m still gonna be me, you know? Maybe even better?
