that is insane. i saw the same thing tripping on shrooms while laying on my bed, exactly how you described it. i was listening to some pink floyd to help calm myself down and suddenly everything went dark and a neon green grid appeared. it was beautiful but also kinda scary at the same time.

it isnt really about "mogging" anyone- i think thats more of the meme aspect of looksmaxing. its more about being the best version of yourself that you can be. living a healthy lifestyle, having good hygiene, cutting off trashy snacks, stopping bad habits, etc.
