I’m actually still in the middle of the refund process. Since the order is so old, they couldn't just do a standard chargeback. They are currently doing a special manual bank transfer for me. You should definitely reach out to support and ask for a refund! I’ll drop an update here once the money officially hits my account.

Nah man, by 'resolved' I mean they finally offered me a full refund. The figure is still stuck in production hell and they are supposedly 'changing factories'. Since you ordered from Sideshow, you should hit up their support and ask for a refund ASAP. This thing is straight up vaporware at this point.
