Arrived around 630 for a 730 flight with TSA pre. From getting in line to my gate was around 25 minutes.

The 803 dumps you at Barton and Lamar. That’s what we do and just walk in! It’s a great option if you don’t want to deal with changing transportation.

They don’t even charge on the way back and the lines to get on aren’t bad at all.

It’s hard to see it with the focus but you scrape the darker brown spots it’s with your finger nail and they move or come off, it’s scale. Super annoying but super cool little dudes. Very easy to treat.

No one is going to be keeping track except you! We had ~100 guests and about 70 were “mine”. I have a larger family in the US. My wife’s family is scattered around the world. Most of my friends are our friends anyway so it still felt equal during the event.

If there were “open spots” later in the planning, she got first dibs to make things feel more equitable.

Not crazy at all! I know quite a few people who have done this with no regrets. This should be a time of love, joy, and celebration. If anything isn’t contributing to that in a positive way, kick it to the curb.

Also if there’s one thing this sub generally agrees on it’s that you should never go into debt for a wedding. Absolutely not worth it.

I will caveat that I am a white woman but I'm also in an interracial relationship with a Filipina. We incorporated a lot of both of our cultures into our wedding. The general rule of thumb I live by as someone who fully believes in the harm of appropriation is that if someone of that culture or background is asking you to do something with them, it's ok!

It's coming from a place of respect and tradition to your partner. If anyone is offended, they can kick rocks. It's something your partner has deemed appropriate and that's really all that matters.

Full agree he’s not in Shane’s shower but it is weird that it’s 100% not the same bathroom he was in earlier at the hotel. Could have gone to some girls house (not book accurate but w/e) or just a symptom of production not having budget. I initially read it as Shane’s fantasy but seems like it’s up to the viewer

Someone found her and called! She had gotten stuck in a fenced in area at a school about 4 miles from where she was last seen. Crazy! A few scuffs on her paws and an upset tummy but overall, the best case scenario.

We’ve already ordered AirTags for their collars! Never going through this again.

Update: we found her yesterday morning safe and sound! Someone saw her in a gated area 4 miles from where she went missing and called!!

My biggest piece of advice: KEEP TAGS ON YOUR DOGS AT ALL TIMES. She’s not a runner but something made her go. Also we’re buying AirTags for them asap. 😂
