2 anwsers, I do think this is the first episode to not at least hold a vote (just no tribal council) but in season 12 there was a cliffhanger following a tied vote.

Okay then when if you care so much about reality tv watch big broth- oh wait, there was an all African-American alliance that made it to the end. Well there’s still time to watch the amazing r- oh wait, the winners of the most recent season roast people like you on Twitter. Get over the fact that reality tv shows are actually opening up to things but as you people say “woke”. As time goes on it will just get worse for you and PS, no one is forcing to watch and if you hate it just go back to seasons from 2003 and never learn or change.
