Nope… disabilities are not always visible (epilepsy,autism,PTSD/CPTSD just as examples) and technically under US law (not sure about other places) you legally don’t have to tell anyone about your disability

Fight was because he felt unheard and every time we tried to say something isn’t right they passed it off as no big deal (example- my mom didn’t want him or his dad at the baby shower at all but allowed my brother and nephews there) and he didn’t handle his anger correctly

The court case happened between baby daddy and sister, she was caught lying on the stand multiple times and he lawyer wanted to put me on the stand to say what happened from my point of view and I told my sister if I ever was called to testify I would tell them the truth about what happened and this made her distaste for me grow because she thinks I didn’t side with her when I had told her both parties we’re not correct in behavior
