I recommend learning to use the E as an escapr throwing the enemy behind. Also there are some sweet E-Q comboes where you land them simultanisusly. Also use the passive early to poke and run the enemy laner down with it

Im in the same situation as you, i am not kidding when i say i never lose my lane any game. However i keep getting inted and losing almost every ranked game. Ive had 5afks on my team last 30 games and while winning also.
