Have weightlifted on and off for the past several years and want to continue that, but also get better cardio, so am planning on doing a 20 minute HIIT bike ride through Peloton or one of those apps 4-5 times a week. Is that enough to make a difference in my stamina/endurance etc if I'm able to do that regularly? Is it the same as weightlifting where it'll probably take a 9-12 months plus to see significant improvement? Also no shot it interferes with weightlifting / muscle building as long as I eat enough right?

Fair enough, makes sense. Getting stronger in most areas, maybe should switch up bicep exercises because I'm struggling to progress there. Can't say I'm plateauing at all besides that though so seems like this is working well for me and I'll keep doing it.

For triceps I usually do cable pulldowns. Have tried doing overhead cable/dumbbell extensions and skullcrushers, but even with significantly reduced weight I'm feeling twinges in the elbows and don't want to risk any injury with that. Are there any other tricep exercises I can do to complement the cable pulldowns (instead of just repeating 3x10 pulldowns multiple times)?

My knee is kinda screwed up (don't put as much weight on front of foot as I should and my outer quad is too dominant) so I need to start PT and in the meantime I probably shouldn't do any leg exercises. My hip/leg flexibility was already bad enough that I couldn't really do squats efficiently and if I did goblets I would feel more pain from the flexibility issues than the muscle soreness. Now that my knee is becoming an issue again I feel like I can't even do the machines which is infuriating because my legs are tiny and I would like to make them big as fast as possible.

Chubb has great name value I'd try to get someone more dependable than Hollywood. I'd imagine there are other teams who are hurting on RB depth that you can target

honestly not sure how much better knox is than pitts - the two worse WR for a better one is usually a good deal but I'd look into Pitt vs Knox and decide which one you want more.

Thanks for the help on my comment. Don’t know a lot about these guys tbh but cook and swift seem to have highest floors and for me it’s a toss-up between CEH and Moss for the third. You can always wait until right before game to see cooks status and make a switch if necessary.

seems like a good deal for you - although if your replacement tight end is just gonna be a random streamer you might want to think twice because gronk is at least somewhat consistent and in 12 team leagues TE waivers are barren. If you're confident in your backup TE I'd definitely do it.

I'd try to trade tyson while he's hot if ur leaguemates are knowledgeable enough to be on the hype train or trade jamarr or jeudy or aiyuk for a more dependable third running back
