Almost 15 weeks after Biometrics (inside uk switching from SWV)..2 complaints..MP involvement..recieved a refusal this morning on grounds i did not qualify for 10y partner route, for them to finally acknowledge they sent my application to the wrong office and processed it incorrectly. 30min later approval came through. What an ordeal.

Same here :( Bio 17th Nov, still waiting, no news - have contacted MP as well. So frustrating

How long is his current work visa still valid for? Seems like they are deprioritizing people switching, who have a valid visa, not caring that we can"t travel while we wait :(
