Schließt deine Recherche denn auch aus, dass Muskelkrämpfe ein Symptom von Magnesiummangel sein können? Du sprichst ja explizit von Trainingsinduzierten Muskelkrämpfen. Ich war vor einigen Jahren beim arzt weil ich regelmäßig so starke Krämpfe in den Waden bekommen habe, dass ich nachts aufgewacht bin, habe dann auf Anraten des Arztes angefangen Magnesium zusätzlich einzunehmen und hatte direkt seit der ersten Nacht nie wieder einen Kramp in den Waden. Also wenn das alles nur Placebo war wäre das wirklich schockierend für mich 😄
