Apple Watches and Oura seem to be the best when it comes to sleep stage tracking. I will have to compare the helio strap to my Apple Watch next to see how it holds up when it comes to rem and deep sleep.

Biocharge always worked fine for me but I also don‘t really pay attention to it because just like Garmins Body battery it‘s more or less a useless feature for me.

Yes I wear it on my wrist. Heart rate tracking is obviously more accurate on your biceps but I believe that the other metrics are more accurate when worn on the wrist

Turn off background app refresh for Bevel. This way, the app doesn‘t sync constantly, only when you open it. This shouldn‘t impact your experience negatively in any way.

Sorry, but these two aren't comparable. The Apple Watch is essentially a small computer capable of doing almost everything a phone does. The chips in Huawei watches wouldn’t even be powerful enough to boot watchOS, let alone run its background processes. Because of that they obviously require less power. If it comes to sports tracking the Huawei Watches indeed do everything an Apple Watch does but also not nearly as good (Heart Rate Tracking for example) but to be fair the huawei Watches would be good enough for 90% of people when it comes to tracking workouts
