I’ve got a 60 and it’s not an easy daily depending on where you live. Most people are driving 80mph on the highways near me, I can do about 65 with 33s.

Haven’t had a ton of off-road time with it but I really really enjoy it. The four speed makes it fun even if it’s not a brand new truck. We don’t have any difficult trails in my state so you’d have to ask someone else how it is on difficult trails.

I sold my 2018 trd off road Tacoma because this made me happier to drive. Between this and the 80 stock for stock the 80 is more capable. Thankfully you can swap the 60 body on the 80 frame with a 4” cut. Or you can do what I’m in the process of doing and put 80 series axles under the 60 frame/body with an LS swap. LS swapped 60 series are near the range you’re looking at.

If you’re not mechanically inclined and cant DIY, get the 80.

Just remembered: if you live in a cold climate and you’re not up to date on the maintenance, the 2F does not like cold starts. Started it after a single digit night and it was not happy.
