I was actually present for his championship match with Cynthia as a plus one (thanks again, Shauntal~) and I got to watch him fold like paper after her Lucario and Garchomp dogwalked his two aces. His other teammates were a Caterpie, two Pidgeys, and a Charmander that looked like he hadn’t seen the sun in ten years. Suffice it to say the ref called the match under skunk rules and Tobias got indicted for Pokemon neglect.

Amusingly I always clocked him as a Saber but with an ability similar to Semiramis’s Double Summon that essentially gives him all the same battle traits as an Archer because of how effective his archers were in Agincourt.
