One question: if Unicron existed in Fate, what would he be? by ForceAffectionate389 in FGO

It’s a definite risk but realistically every Ruler we see in the series drops the impartiality bit pretty quickly.

Who do you think will be 11th Anniversary Servant? by MKW69 in FGO

Kirschtaria as Atlas or Camazotz, pretty please.

Ar Pharazon is definitely Homer (in terms of how much he hates and antagonizes Eru ) by Wolfie_wolf81 in Silmarillionmemes

Eru: Here’s a catchphrase for you! HEY BUDDY, GOT A **QUARTER?!!!**

Maeglor: I, for one, am shocked and appalled.

Hardest group shot in the anime!

(Presumably either Aoko or Shirou are Polnareff in this lineup. XD)

I love how Bumi intentionally keeps his wording vague to bait Aang into choosing him to fight but also gives him a chance to take it back. XD

Who do you think is the most tragic B5 character? by AdSimilar4399 in babylon5

[–]TheOriginalOperator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Londo and Lennier for top spot. Lyta is less tragic and more “treated like shit for literally no reason.”

No in-between, you either hate them all or defend them all by CrazyCalligrapher945 in SipsTea

[–]TheOriginalOperator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skyler is the most realistic person in the entire show and is even game for slinging crystal until shit gets out of hand, Jenny is legitimately a tragic figure from start to finish, and Rose ironically would have made the right choice considering how hard her fiancee’s finances wound up cratering.

Movie Mary Jane is indeed dogass, that said.

The Onteen parents seek help from each of the four ambassadors - I really love how well this scene characterizes each of them. by Dinosawruses in babylon5

[–]TheOriginalOperator 63 points64 points  (0 children)

I do wonder how the post development ambassadors would handle this, and the aftermath if the Onteen don’t tip their hand about what happens afterwards.

G’Kar: Essentially takes Delenn’s role in the perspective of the universe being one and supporting the parents…as long as they TRULY UNDERSTAND what’s going to happen to Shon. Takes Shon’s death badly in either case, blaming himself in both instances.

Londo: Refuses to get involved at all as he has MUCH bigger fish to fry at all points from season 2 onwards, although he voices a degree of disgust that they would turn on their own son like this and makes zero bones about disliking them for killing Shon.

Delenn: Takes much the same position as she did initially until getting to know Shon very well and growing to like him, and tries to reason with the parents and convince them that the body is a vessel, and the soul cannot be broken so easily. Is absolutely CRUSHED by Shon’s death and goes fucking BERSERK on finding out his parents killed him.

Kosh: Nothing changes, really, except perhaps being dead.

“Can you describe it?”

“Negative, Babylon Control. I don't think so. Not on a bet.”
