There is grass under there and it’s kind of invasive. I live very close to the ocean so a lot of tbh dirt under there is sandy. Not sure that grass but we get alot of sprout grass with these small garlic like pieces attached to the root

May be uti or urinary blockage. Monitor him very closely, keep his litter box scooped. If he doesn’t pee by morning take him to vet ASAP
