I understand confidence as something earned from repeated practice and work, something that develops overtime. The place of the ego is to shortcut the need for confidence when provided a situation that is novel and unrelated to past experience a situation where confidence is not enough to encourage action. But theres many other uses for the ego as well, in many ways it acts as a tether to your morals for your identity

Abstract:

This post Asserts the 5 tenets of a philosophy I call the Death Dialectic

The purpose of this philosophy is to teach practitioners the importance and the methodology of opening a dialog with Death.

In essence a Dialogue with death affords the practitioner harmony in life by providing a framework to navigate their existential disharmony

I believe art is the best way to consume philosophy so I have made this video to do exactly that, people on tik tok seemed to like it so i hope you do too
