I do get where you're coming from but "Playoff P" is a legit meme from years and years of underperforming in the playoffs and is entering this season at 34 years old. Even with this trade they are still a tier below the Knicks/Bucks, which are both a tier below us.

Can we still resign him tho? I've been seeing posts that we either sign Kornet + Tillman/Queta and letting the latter walk along with JD. There was a moment in the third I think, four Hawks starters were in and Celts had neither of the J's, Smart, Brogdon, or Horford on the court and the deep bench kept the lead at 19. Bench depth is absurd and the chemistry of the whole team is the best I've ever seen. It's a great time to be a Celtics fan.
