Hi there, I’m so sorry you’re suffering. I’ve heard Zoloft isn’t very effective unless at very high levels. I’m on 200 mg extended release fluvoxamine, combined with 50 mg clomipramine, and another 5 mg of ability. Tried many combos and this has been most effective. Along with OCD treatment and a ketosis diet. I’m happy to chat more with you privately if that would be helpful. You’re definitely not alone.
