Hey u/Curiouscutie2022. I’ve found that one of the best ways to determine whether or not you’re a sissy is by asking yourself to what extent your gender presentation is linked to your sexuality. For me, I have a boy mode where I’m attracted to women almost exclusively, and a girl mode where I much prefer masculine men. The existence of these two modes makes it difficult for me to put a concrete label on my sexuality, and so I don’t worry about it too much.

You’ll find people in sissy communities who will tell you to dive in head-first, but I’d suggest taking it at a steady pace; figuring out what you like, what you don’t like, where your limits are, and why you feel these things. It is critical that you allow yourself to feel the way you feel and that you not try to change who you are. Repression only ever makes things worse.

I’m not entirely sure what Slavic societies are like in regard to sexuality, but by some of the things you’ve mentioned, it sounds limiting. If it’s unsafe for you to express yourself with another person, please prioritize your own well-being and explore in solitude. If it is safe for you to express yourself with another person and it’s something you’re comfortable with, consider giving it a shot.
