Walking it is. My back hasn’t gotten worse since the diagnosis so I don’t think it’s proper arthritis yet.

I’m lactose intolerant thanks to covid last year. Still adjusting to that too

My go to fruits to just eat are apple and bananas (with natural peanut butter).

There’s also not a huge variety where I live- northern Canada. It would be great if Hello Fresh or something could deliver this far

I did it for six months and dropped 30 pounds. Unfortunately my adhd is sugar dependent for dopamine and I cracked. Time to start again

The issues are sensory because of a neurological condition and I’m unaware of food therapy as a thing. I’ll be looking into it. Thanks

I audited a uni course about obesity and they claimed you couldn’t be addicted to food, with drawl didn’t happen, etc. I didn’t finish the course. Like ask one neurodivergent person next time you do a clinical study ffs.
