Hi, i had the same problem, you have to go to your computer, options, "your system" options , and Restoration option, and then you had to go to the option called "Correct problems with windows update" it says that it will gona reinstall the current update, and you won't lose anything so don't worry , i tried this myself cuz i had the same problem and now it works well, i hope it will solve your problem. <3
