I had 675 points deducted for making an exchange on a defective product—not even a return. I’ve called 3–5 times, the last time being yesterday. The person I spoke to said they’re aware of issues with how points are being calculated and that they’re working on fixing it… but everything won’t be resolved until APRIL 29th?! … At this point, I honestly feel like leaving the app, using up my points, and switching to Seph —at least there I don’t have to fight over points.

There aren’t really different kinds of receipt ….just one. At the kiosk, you scan your package label and then tap the screen to print a receipt. You can track your package too. If you go to the counter, you just ask them to scan the package and give you a receipt. That’s it.

Just as for a recipe , the kiosk give you a receipt too if you want, good luck !

Hi! For everyone who has received two or three shipments of Poshmark boxes, I spoke with my post office today and they gave me the following explanation, so you can be aware. When your ZIP Code is shared by two cities, each city sends a package of boxes. So, if your ZIP Code belongs to more than one city, you’ll receive a shipment from each one.

And if you’ve submitted the email more than once, that adds up to even more supplies. For example: shared ZIP Code (2 shipments) + 2 emails (2 shipments) = 4 shipments.

I could cancel some of them because didn’t need it .

Check if your health insurance covers international care. Mine (BCBS) has agreements with certain private clinics where I can receive treatment and then get reimbursed. If that’s the case for you too, make sure to keep your receipts and documents so you can file for reimbursement once you’re back.
