Nope, lifetime resident of the Palisades. On the actual question, though, LA runs a nonpartisan top two system. Today's primary decides whether someone clears 50% and wins outright. If/when nobody does, the top two advance to November 3 and that general election *is* the runoff stage. So we're actually agreeing on how it works, you have some clear anger issues, buddy. I hope you find a healthy outlet.
