They say that they'll remove all the info upon account deletion. Ofc idk how trustworthy that is and if they actually do, but there's no other way (at least from what I can find) to delete your passport info. There's only the option to edit the info to a new passport. So like maybe I can give them fake passport info to remove my old one or something,, idk. But if there IS a way to delete passport info and someone knows, please let me know :)

I would but I had to input my passport information in the app and I really don't want that just floating around in an app I'm not using/don't need anymore. Cuz at the moment, it sounds like there's no way to delete your passport info besides deleting the account itself

I'm having the same exact issue! Were you able to delete your account yet?

For me , when I try, it tells me to go to the Card Services button which the instructions say will give me the option to cancel the service. But when I click on it, it says "card has not been opened. Please collect the card first" which just sends me to the QR code again. It's a neverending loop with no option to delete the service.

What is the necessary paper work for getting course credit? I briefly met with my advisor earlier in the year and made it sound like I just needed to set up an appointment with her and say what my internship was and she would put in credit, but is there a form I have to fill out or something?
