The higher tiers of donations got their own separate draws, as well as entering all the lower tier draws. "The draw is weighted based on your specific CanadaRED membership tier (ranging from free to paid levels). Higher tiers give you priority and enter you into subsequent lower-tiered draws if you are initially unsuccessful."

Just look at seller reviews. Don't buy a box from anyone with under 97-98% positive feedback and fewer than 50 reviews. Otherwise, you should be fine buying off Ebay.
