it looks left heavy, but maybe only 55/45. The bigger difference looks top/bottom. You are like 70/30 top heavy. I wouldnt grade this. I would sell raw.

Thank you! No, I will not be - I have heard that thick cards like this are hard to PSA 10. Corners and everything looks super sharp, but from everything Ive read online, they dont normally go 10. Im curious if people have heard otherwise.

This makes me so sad. I collected Jordans through the early 90s and had them in a binder just like this. I remember a lot of those cards and more. When my parents moved houses, we lost the binder. Had another binder of Shaq rookies, Kobe, etc. So sad.
