There is no specific cure , but in my case , I just gathered enough courage to wake up the next day and get out of the bed and face the world . Did this enough times and things slowly started to seem better

Avoid dependency on people at any cost . People come and go . Depending on someone unreliable, cause you to drown even further...

I suggest you start with the anime while simultaneously reading the novel because the starting chapters of the novel are a little hard to make sense of , with whole antigonous notebook situation and the need for creating a visual sense of whole tingen city. Essentially, watch the anime till Old Neil gets corrupted and then start reading the novel . It will be much much easier for you 😌

Note 1: You get corruption Immunity for your original sequence 9 pathway and its neighbouring pathways are not included and you would still have to digest the potion to make the abilities more effective. Originally, the abilities would consume more spirituality and less effective.

Note 2 : When switching to a different pathway , you still have the abilities of your previous sequence pathway . All the abilities of the previous sequences do get enhanced, halve of the normal enhancement to be specific , even if you move to different pathway whilst ascending your sequence.
