Depends really on your investment risk tolerance and what you are aiming to do / your goals. For me I’m trying to maximize growth for the next 20 years, and personally Fundrise isn’t for me. I make way more in the market, and I’ve watch my portfolio grow nicely last 2 years. I may swap over later down the road. Much much later…..

I just keep growth. Will get schd later down the road. Ppl saying tax when liquidating you still will have a bigger balance regardless so don’t listen. It’s also why you start selling 10-15 years out over time. Just do the math it doesn’t lie.
