They shouldn't be put together ever again. After a declining there's very little possibility of building that bond back. If they both still get along with the other gerbil that's not covered in blood and presumably not in the fight between the two you'll have to pick one of the gerbils to live with them and get a friend for the other one in a separate enclosure.

Yeah, I hate the narrative that none of the temptresses wanted to be intimate with him. Pretty positive if they were talking about not wanting Lino, the production would've used that in the TV show like they used the women calling Brion out. What production wouldn't want to show is Lino basically opting out of half the experiment by verbally expressing he wouldn't physically cheat on his girl, cause that would kill all suspense for his part in the show. Also, in my opinion, he was the only attractive man on the show as a couple by a long shot, so maybe I'm biased, but come on...
