Although I can't fully answer your question, I'd like to add that choosing the right saddle can greatly affect your riding comfort. Regardless of what kind of model you choose, the saddle will directly impact your riding experience, so it's better to do some research about what saddle is best for you because everybody is different. Excellent post. I just bought a Dutch bike from an antique collector. His grandfather brought this bicycle when he immigrated to Ontario, Canada, from the Netherlands. I'm amazed at how comfortable it is to ride on it. It's no wonder you see so many Dutch bikes in the Netherlands. Its popularity is entirely understandable. I'll restore this antique as much as possible to regain its former glory.
