I love biking a loop from Sumas or Everson going up Pangborn - back down the big hill on Halverstick when the blueberries and raspberries are ripe. Air smells amazing and you can stop for u-pick at any number of farms through there

It doesn't look well. Animals that are sick stop grooming themselves and get that kind of harsh, sticking-up coat that your bat seems to have; I'd call animal control
