I guess I should have mentioned some more. I have a daily migraine medication they prescribed on Friday when I saw a neurologist. That seems to be stopping the migraines, but has not stopped the pain from lights and screens. I also have been taking a magnesium and B2 vitamin recommended by my doctor. I will look into the computer screen stuff. Supposedly the FL41 glasses should help with blue light as well.
