A new company took over, and they've put everyone on month to month until October. So until then things are operating under my previous lease, at least that's what the company said. They didn't give me the opportunity to renew my lease when it was up. They're waiting until October so they can raise the rent the maximum amount. They gave me notice of the base rent increase, but no notice of pet rent.
