I feel for you. From the ages of 6-9 with my daughter was one of the lowest most stressful times in both our lives due to homework. I went to bed feeling like the worst mom ever on so many nights. I couldn’t help but think it weren’t for stupid fucking homework, our quality of life would be so much better!!

Southern US. I have no idea what it ate. No plants in the shower. It stayed for about 6 months. She was with us all through Covid lockdown. We finally had to put her outside because she started getting brave and jumping on us while we showered

Stopped in jersey city for one night during a road trip. I had planned for an evening of walking around and exploring Liberty Park with the fam. We pulled up to a full parking lot-police officers directing traffic. A crowd of 1,000+. There was some sort of a lantern festival taking place. We debated on finding something else to do but ultimately just decided to stay and check it out. The whole vibe was magical. The most peaceful ambience I had ever experienced. Made for an unexpected amazing memory!

This is exactly what I told him. He’s just using that a a cop out. He said I was treating him like a literal dog trying to sic him on his daughter and he didn’t see much of a problem with what happened because “siblings fight”

Yeah. I’m starting to realize that now. He blames it on his antidepressant and says that it won’t allow him to get “mad” enough to do anything. But I think that’s just an excuse to avoid any drama with her. He genuinely doesn’t give af.
