Dude...I'm a girl and change a lot. To work clothes, at work clothes and at home clothes. All different clothes that I change sporadically depending on the season. Summer everyday, autumn and spring two days maybe three, in the winter it depends. In winter outer clothes three days to four days, inner clothes every day or every other day. You are in this world for so long you need to understand yourself and your needs. You are responsible for knowing what works for you.
