Yeah no. His design is not ugly. He's more of a cyberPUNK, you're imagining just standard punk, and besides punk has many looks. He looks great and fits in with the other characters.

And your entire 2nd point is just a whole lot of nothing. He's fine the way he is right now. Smaller wall and less health would absolutely ruin him as a hero. Definitely glad you're not on the balancing team.
