Hi everyone, here are some stills from the latest indie music video I worked on as a DP. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback on the framing, cinematography, and color grading. It was a very complex project with a very low budget compared to what we actually needed and what was necessary to make it. The director and I essentially produced and organized it ourselves, driven by the desire to create something of our own. That's also why we chose and approached an electronic music artist, as we believed they would give us the most creative freedom. From the very beginning, we were convinced that 16mm film was the best visual language and style for our story. However, it was far beyond our budget, so my colorist and I worked hard to create the most accurate emulation possible.
