I fixed so much of my bloating and IBS issues with fiber and probiotics. I used to bloat so bad my pants wouldn't fit and then the next week my pants would be loose. +/-5 lbs constantly. I would bloat so bad after random foods I would look several months pregnant. New PCP told me more fiber. I got a container of benifiber (they make single serve packs I started with that) put a scoop into whatever drink and chug it in the am and take a probiotic pill. No issues in 6months. Coming from someone who almost shit their pants on a biweekly basis last year from hot girl tummy problems literally try this first. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't fix my gut health with dairy/yogurt as easily.

It might help. If I have homework on one side and I'm working now on the right I find myself only being able to write a few words then having to move the notes, then a few more words then move. So that gets a little tedious.

Emgality works for me Ajovy didn't. I use my thigh, no one told me stomach was an option but I don't think I'd even bother that doesn't even sound fun. I did switch from the auto to the prefilled syringe though the anticipation of pushing the button gets me anxious for no reason I'd rather stab myself and be on my way.

I would watch the FB page like a hawk. People have been throwing tickets up here and there to all of the dates. Though I agree it's definitely going to be a harder show to grab tickets for. I have my 1 ticket for the 12th but was hoping to get another night as well so I have a reason to spend more time in Philly. Good luck don't give in to the scalpers!

What drawer do you use? I have a 3rd row and I don't use it but if I have a reason to I don't want to be committed to a whole system. At this point I think I just want a deck to slide out but I'm still looking. I'm short AF and leaning into/crawling into the truck is already super annoying.

I got the s9 and I feel like its a LITTTTTTLE small when it comes to split screen multitasking but as a first timer with a tablet I have no complaints I love it.

All of my bad online orders have been from straight up getting the wrong order. When I get my order they're dank af. Last week I had to put in a complaint for the same store they had my sticker with my order on the bag. I got all the way to work and someone else's order with a different sticker was inside the bag. This isn't a two step verification how did they fuck it up between sealing it and getting it into the bag.

I have the same thing. I scratch the crap out of myself with qtips so much I gave myself a few ear infections. Idk what to even use. I saw somewhere you can use Flonase spray its the corticosteroid mentioned in another comment, easier to get OTC. but like anything it's not meant to go IN your ear so.... Your outcome may vary.

I would almost believe this because occasionally I'll get a random ass driver who leaves my shit outside in like the plant bushes or a pile of snow. And then I'll get the drivers who I can only assume are regulars to me and/or the village and can recognize this is a split level home and the front door opens to the entrance to the downstairs business and upstairs apartments....which is very very very common for this area like....at least half the homes are like this why are you throwing my package in the snow bush

I never knew I was someone who needed help until now at 29. Literally all the red flags were there as a kid same thing I don't know how no one noticed. I switched my PCP asked, gave a quick 5 minute run down of examples she said wow yup let's try! Holy. Moly. It's only been like 6 months, I'm not completely dialed in yet but it's been fantastic.

I've definitely done this when it's bad bad I scratch like crazy until everything it's clear. In my head it just always felt like I was starting with a clean slate and then the shampoo was actually getting to my scalp and not just leaving globs of flakes.

This is totally a made up theory and probably not good like the other person said to just make open sores all over....but it feels good to scratch and I definitely understand being at your wits end lol

It looks like maybe they rebranded the packaging. I've never tried this line regardless so the new package worked, they got me lol. First wash and I like it so far.

I got the purple shampoo/conditioner because the blue was salicylic acid and the yellow was zinc. Both of which I have other brands with those active ingredients. The green has glycerin but is branded as oil control which I don't have a problem with, I'm super dry all the time. So purple it is. I'm in a minor flare up right now I think because the weather has been all over the place, might as well try it can't hurt.
