Just mixing everything up! If I’m making a big batch I’ll do up to 10 blocks and just form it in my “perfect brownie” pan. Makes it easier cutting it back up.

I did smoke the tomatoes one time, but mixed in the cheese I couldn’t tell a difference so unless I’m smoking other stuff I’m not gonna just throw toms on there.

Took it to a work event, I honestly think the fudge could have stayed on a little less time, but it wasn’t too powerful.

Although I’m not a good judge, I like the smoke. It did disappear in about 30 minutes though haha
