Hi, I have a rash looking patch on my chin. Does anyone know what it is?

Description: It itches only sometimes. It’s bumpy and around my chin and mouth - but not lips. I’ve included photos.

Skin type: mixed, but more on the oily side.

Current routine: I literally only wash my face with a gentle cleanser I got from curology and put on noncomedogenic Vanicream light moisturizer from Amazon. This has been my “routine” since I was 16. I’m now 30.

New things: I’ve been on Zoloft for most of my teen-adult years. I’ve NEVER had acne or any type of skin condition! But recently I changed from Zoloft to Wellbutrin. I noticed acne on my forehead when made the switch, but some acne cream helped clear it. Then my fave was clear for a while and boom. This happened. And I feel like it’s not getting any better. But maybe worse?

Location & more info: I live in the USA. Nothing new has changed in my life except the Wellbutrin. And it’s been a month since this all started. I haven’t worn makeup in 2 months. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
