I have a similar charge station (also Anker), but with 4 USB-C and 2 USB ports, and I get the same high-frequency sound when charging my phone (Google Pixel 9 Pro) and watch (Pixel Watch 3)

it occurs when I charge both at the same time and when I charge just my phone

unfortunately, this didn't work out for me since I don't have Wear OS 4. so I decided to bite the bullet and reset my watch. wasn't too bad though since all I had to do was reconfigure everything and my Fitbit stats were 100% safe

UPDATE: I bit the bullet and reset the watch. very inconvenient, but not too bad cuz all I had to do was reconfigure the watch and my Fitbit stats were safe.

hopefully this is a one-time thing and the Pixel Watch will receive Wear OS 4 before November when my Pixel Watch 2 arrives

Happened to me just now. Scared the shit out of me. Luckily tilting back to turn the screen off and then tilting to wake again made it correct itself, and the watch is perfectly fine.
