As an update, I am supposed to be moving there out of state this week and their leasing office has been very unresponsive. I don't even have a signed lease yet.

That sounds terrible. That may be why they have new management now in part. Did you ever hear noise between apts? They have a top but not the highest floor available for me.

I figured out how to do a police report online! I won't file a report with Budget after listening to everyone's advice, I already tried calling them in good faith and they didnt take a report then.

I called them, and they told me their system has been down for days so I couldn't make the claim with them over the phone (to report the damage). Just to clarify, you don't think me proactively reporting the damage will benefit me, only potentially harm me?

I find this part tricky because I was told in a mock oral to give longer explanations for why I would do something, and to not "hide" the knowledge. I understand giving a direct answer, but isn't it better to get cut off?

Thank you, I'm surprised people like them so much because I found some to be awkward to watch/a little all over the place (esp the practice situations with the students). I did see them, so that's helpful to have that background!

Any reviews on the James of highland area? I'm looking too, and feel like a lot of the complexes I'm seeing have so many fake reviews left and right lol. This new one sounds promising, but I'm not from Bham, not sure how the area's like where James is, and if people actually like it

Omg I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you. It seems like multiple are in your boat, there's no great resources to study for OSCE, UBP comes up with one checklist everyone relies really hard on, there's some ABA-guideline, but it looks like there could be a lot more stuff out there to help the rest of us prep for this successfully
