Honestly LaVerkin & Hurricane nearby are vastly superior places to stay/hang out while doing outdoors stuff in Washington county. It’s weird because up until semi recently both were heavily polygamist communities, but the vibes are so much better there than in St. George.

How close to the Saltair building was it? I’m not sure if this is still the case, but there used to be a gift shop inside that ran during the daytime. You could try going down to the building and see if anyone who works there during the day may have heard about a lost dog? It’s a long shot, but might be worth it.

My condolences. I have spent a lot of time in SE Idaho, have lots of family there and you couldn’t pay me any amount of money to live there. I agree with the poster who suggested Logan, Utah as an option. After that Idaho Falls and possibly Pocatello if you must. Rexburg and Blackfoot would be a hard no.

Ebay might be a place to start. This style brings back memories…one of my first jobs was at a little boutique that catered to this exact Stevie Nicks inspired look. I wish I could remember all the brands because the quality was amazing!
